I suggest instead of getting a new computer, get just a new processor maybe?

You can't even get a proper computer for just chillin' in the web with that money.
You can buy a new GPU or CPU instead.

You could get an i3 with an ok processor.
Any 2006+ made computer would be ok to handle san andreas imo.
However I think you should get a job or something then focus on getting a new "COMPUTER"
If you got a good laptop or desktop, just get a new processor and a new graphic card and ur good to go

GTA SA was released in 2004, why would they release a game when no one is able to play it (properly)...
