Probably because that was the closest server to you back then. I used to do the test on a server in Qatar as it was the only server in the region.

Well, access to Internet here is kinda monopolized by two ISPs only. So maybe that's why :/

4G connection on my Galaxy S4. (I have had better results, connection kinda sucks at work. Surrounded with containers, signal gets blocked.)
