It's a small ability test, to make sure that people can kick ass. If fighting is not your ability, then you may be tested for another skill.

I mean no one stops at the red lights or drives on the right side of the road, no indicators either

Or are you planning to do everything on foot?
So you need a few good drivers. And with good i mean good, not people like me who are bad drivers in some cars (But the NRG is fine )
