Dont know what the fuck im doing here
Put some weights (5kg each on the sides of the bench press)
Do 10 reps
Going for 11th rep
CANT GET THE BAR UP FROM MY CHEST
Start to swing the bar and the shits keeps squeezing my chest
Biggest guy in the gym start runing towards me
He lifts the bar with one hand
(faceplam, no air)
He says relax dont do this ever again
(get really fucking humiliated becouse everyone was watching)
Never went back to that gym ever again.
