He posted a pic of him using lasers, nobody except holden knew it was server-side. Some dude askd if its chceating and I said it Can be.
If everybody on the server has it then it's no problem, and none of us would have said anything if he said it was server-side at once. Instead he starts being sarcastic and idiotic wich lead to whats been written to him.

As promised, I got some screenshots and a video today. They of course doesn't include every single thing that Great New Effects changes, but some of it. The most noticeable, in my opinion.

There, searchy-searchy. I'd suggest using SAMI to install it, otherwise you'd have to replace a shitload of textures.

u might wanna try NGE 1.6, it's the newest version by [SAK]KING_OF_SA and is much better then 1.5 or 1.4, it also has a no quality version, a low quality version, a medium quality version and a high quality version

"the lasers are object that everybody can see" lmfao, umed? GTAT would be tottaly gloomy place then and ye as long lasers as u have are pretty cool cuz u pretty much have AWES0ME advantages in an interior base, knowing the player's location, hiding spot and do a surprise attack, cool ye
Chat? All u did was change the color of the laser, all you can do is change the laser's color and toggle it off and on - but you can still gain advantages by knowing where ur enemy actually is
