Afaik that's just sampgui.png in your GTA SA root folder.

hehe ye exactly that one, just need to open it up in photoshop and edit what you want to change, then replace it. Not too hard but took me like 1,5 hours :*

Ey king you need to add/replace your "GTAWEAPON3" file in your windows font folder, that will fix the signs in the kill bar. I can send ya on msn if you are online.
Oh and about the LV street mod, I got one that is better imo, check that http://gta.cz/san-andreas/download/las-venturas-roads you can only see that little picture but I think you can believe me if I tell you it looks good.
