this is a really bad idea. half of SAMP will be gone

But there is no benefit to the Developers of SA:MP.

Is not like the original Disc Buyers will cause less lag in servers or something. Gameplay is still the same. There is no significant purpose for why this is being implemented; benefits are not gained.
