maybe sa-mp 0.*** has the feater to put in your own textures (and the client will download them and use then temporary) so the LVP will even be better. ( it first has to go though the LVP-planig department to see if it fits the neighbourhood  :P)

Good idea with the client downloading them, suggest it to the SA-MP devs :P
