No a member of a street gang is a stupid follower.
Maybe one of the leaders are real gangsters.
Gangsters are in the mob, don't hang around in front of their house on the street.
Gangsters hurt and kill people for money, power or infunce.
If those gangsters got in a fight they would not be dressed properly for it with all those caps and extra clothing, hard to fight and run.
Ang gangsters posing? Do they really want the law to know they are breaking the law?
