Sup Guys.
I want to make a movie about "Punks and Gangsters".
Plot.
"Punks" and "Gangsters" are having a street war, meanwhile the police are working on stopping the violence once and for all. They send a special Agent to stop the violence, but the a ends up doing crack (drugs) with the local gangsters and didn't pay the money so he had to close his case (personally) and join the punks for fear of getting killed by the Gangsters.

What I think he meant was that the agent sent by police starts taking drugs,didnt pay the cash, became a punk because he was afraid of being killed by the gangsters
