On a more serious note, that "Allah Akhbar" is quite annoying but guess not worth banning for, since I did not see anyone complaining or feeling offended by it. Anyway, I think he can be lucky as he got 54 logs already from being kicked/banned, and still can play on LVP, or could. 
lvp crew people have way more logs

Yes, some of us have, but not for flaming and banable stuff, just because other crewmembers loved to kick them for no reason, which does not happen, or should not happen, anymore.
