AFAIK liberty city is counted as an interior and SA-MP doesnt allow weapons in it, therefore it is just as safe as the ship

That actually isn't my whole point. But who goes to Liberty City these days? I mean if you put the tree there now people will take a look but soon forget about it (and most people wouldn't know it is or was there) the point about the ship is that it will be seen and so the purpose will not be entirely pointless.

Agreed. Its easier to notice if you don't even know the tree, it will be seen for everyone if its near the ship.

Good point Scartissue, i see where your coming from. Although, the ship isnt a particularly big area, a large chrismas tree wouldnt fit in there, we need a large area, like the flying dutchman!, the was a dock next to her and there was a large space, if we did something like that again then we could make it there!

That sounds like a nice idea. Or it could be put where the bikes now are (somewhere in that area). But i like the dock idea.
