well this is true but if you want to be logged in and be in LC, you could TP to someone thats in login room.

How can you tell whos in login room? Just type /setting joinmsg on . there you will see people connect to the server and you have there id, just tp to them. then to get out just type /taxi or play a /minigames

No -- the point would be that the tree's in the background, and something pretty to look at, right?
I doubt you could fit many people in the little courtyard.
Still, it's a good introduction, so to speak, to LVP.

Thing is also, you would need to make the christmas tree with an ingame mapper, because MTA Map Editor has not access to interiors. There would be a way to map it with MTA Map Editor but then it would take much more work to get the coordinates right. (x1-x2,y1-y2,z1-z2; xyz1=LC, xyz2=xmastree somewhere outside from MTA Map Editor). 

What about changing the ground textures? Before I went multiplayer, I got my hands on a snow mod that just changed the textures of the road, trees, and the ground. This may work server-side.

I still wonder how that could be done with the current sa-mp. If it downloads files from the server then it's not toooo hard I think?
Would it download a gta3_lvp.img and a lvp_load.ini
that loads the gta3_lvp.img and the rest of gta3.img?
XD anyways, I think we can forget the snow in LV

I don't care where, as long as it isn't at/near the ship, since the ship is the busiest place, and it will probably cause more lag then a lot of people already have.
