Pathetic Admin in Charge

Hello guys! It's not a complaint, actually. I just want to share with all the Lvp players and tell all not to express your opinions on open chat, this might happen to you! You have to respect that certain administrators do not permit you to talk about things they personally do not like to read. I asked him to mute me for my life time but he only gave me 30 minutes of mute, which is a shame because I really wanted to come back talking on open chat about things people in general personally do not like, which doesn't break rule of the server, which I believe is not flaming. All started when I said: Nobody wants admins suggestions here, that's why I got muted. So guys, please, you MUST accept admins suggestions, they never fail. These are the proofs they are all right

Ps: Thanks for muting me permanetly!  This avoids me of ending commiting the mistake of arguing with administrators who are not actually mentally prepared to answer players questions.

As you can clearly see on the pictures, I got constantly muted each second. 
How is a player supposed to get muted for not saying a single word? Are you serious? I hope it's a joke.
The only thing I told him/her by using the command: "@" is that I wanted him/her to mute me for the lifetime while being an active player in LVP and stop muting me each second by second in a way he/she was trying to prove he could simply pathetically use this mute command just by the fact I've written on open chat: "Nobody wants admins suggestions here"

Answer: I am not slandering anybody, if he/she fits on the term I have used, then fine. It's not my problem. He/she did not care on my opinion neither while I was trying to know the reason of my mute.. Why would I care on what he/she thinks towards me?

Answer: Well, I honestly do not care. I have not done anything which breakes any kind of rule. What are you trying to say with this? Why wouldn't I like of your "out come"? If I was "afraid" or "scared" of getting kicked/banned I wouldn't be so foolish of being in here. I'd simply let it go. Plus, by the time it happened, I came straight to forums to post this thread and misteriously I could not post any picture by the limit of 30 minutes. (I'm already unmuted and now I'm able to post pictures)

Answer: That's great, dude! Why do not you gather up with more admins (with the expection of this one) and try to fix the abusing problem which remains until nowadays? Some of your admins must be blind or something, that's not serious. Daily you see cases of cmd abuses came straight from admins and nothing happens with none of them. This pathetic one, for example, seems like he's been like 10 years inactive and suddenly he pops up from nothing and mutes me just by the fact I don't like admins suggestions on what I talk to my friends.

Suggestion: Once, a certain admin told me that LVP playground has not been made for players. I totally faced that as a joke. All I can see is a hell of a nice server totally free for anybody come to play. Everytime I find myself looking at these cases of admins not having more important things to do in their lives and banning/kicking/abusing cmds towards a player and simply laughing of them in another servers while flamming and threating them if they come back and do again, worse stuff will happen (as if typing stuff on keyboard would keep them away from continue to be useless). For whoever is reading and can change anything towards these pathetic admistrators (and that's my opinion and I am free to expose it whenever and wherever I want to) who simply try to ruin all the fun, I'd suggest you guys to start some kind of poll/votation, not with the intention of kicking them out, they can keep doing all this mess they're currently doing, but with the intention of you guys get to know players opinion. Haven't we donated for the server? To mantain the server? Get to know our opinion towards admin cmd abuses. I'm sure players would love to share their opinions about it and not just kinda "dig" what is done because "it has to be done" and mute a player who doesn't agree with it (which makes me kinda agree with that admin who said Lvp has not been made for players)

Anybody from management, please, use this dude's example on how to "solve" things. At anytime, you guys from Lvp Playground can go check LW server's conversation log and look forward what this guy has said mentioning my name. So, as an admin, you should behave and do exactly what you tell players to do: "watch your language". In Little Whitney while there were 15 more players online you typed for whoever that was reading: - (my name) sent me nude pictures of her, she's sexy.

You are an uselessness admin who seeks attention. Useless because nobody has ever seen you doing nothing but your duty which is basically kick random cheaters. Which doesn't forgive any of your abusive actions by using administrators commands. I do understand you have to act as a retarded human to get my attention but do not dare to steal LVP player's fun if you do not have it at all, dude.

But, that doesn't certainly mean there wasn't some level of injustice being shown upon you, since I didn't witness, I'll just step aside.

Pathetic is to see people like yourself getting administrators rights while you are not capable of writing a sentence without flaming at least 2x twice, that's what being pathetic stands for. That's exactly what I said before: abusing administrators commands and simply: go to bed. 

The only thing I have started over there is making you getting the freak away from me and my friend's conversation and believe me, I will do this every single time I simply feel like doing, you mean nothing over here, again, you mean nothing over here. Don't come up with this trash talking saying you will ban somebody just because you can't stand others people's points of view. Argumentless childish atitude. You and this group of nonsense admins (the ones who always have toxic intentions towards players, and (I am not talking about all the admins) have to learn that in order to get some respect you have to show respect. You will not earn anything respect from nobody in here while you do not stop using Lvp administrators cmds towards a player who is simply expressing her/his opinion.

Nothing that you speak over here is actually "interesting". Which 25-30 players? Everytime I see this average of players in LVP I see management crew online, which makes you maybe kinda scared of losing your administrators rights. That's the reason why you do not come up with abusive commands towards players. How many times haven't I seen you getting infinite weapons? Using commands such as: /tow /teleport [id] to get a bunch of advantage towards people who are about to kill you? How many times haven't players seen you using cmds to spawn cars in order for you to import faster than any other player? You are worse than a cheater. At least a cheater admits she/he is actually commiting an error. Not even talking about the nonsense bans/kicks due to people talking stuff which personally makes you go easily mad. 

On a scale of 0 to 10 (zero), you are down to -5 in terms of being welcome over here.

To distill this chat into something more reasonable, let me capture the most important points made:

Post #1:
    - Fallen argues that they got muted for sharing their opinion, which was not appreciated by the administrators online at the time.
    - As can be seen in the posted screenshots, there actually is a bug here: the timer is not meant to go into the negatives. We should fix this.

Post #2:
    - Overdosed threatens to look into the matter, naming himself to be a harder admin than most.

    - Deer_Hunter points out that the topic start is disrespectful, and that this will not help Fallen's case.

    - Fallen replies saying that they got muted every second. This is incorrect, and caused by the bug I mentioned in (2).

Let me summarize my opinion on this matter.

• The mute was justified, however, executed participated in the flaming just as much. Punishing others for behaviour you're exercising yourself as well is not reasonable.
  
• All three of you were completely out of line. The discussion was emotional and unreasonable from all sides, with repeated display of excessive self-esteem.
  
• Overdosed his reply to this thread was out of line. There is (a) no reason to get involved with complaints you have no context on, (b) definitely no reason to do this in a threatening way.
  
• Deer_Hunter's first reply was good, however, it later turned out that there are mutual feelings of dislike here. Administrators should not respond to threads they have no part in.
  
• The final responses by Darkfire and Fallen in this thread were filled with emotion and personal attacks. That is both unconstructive and, for an administrator, unprofessional.
  

As such, I would like to make the following decisions:

1. We're going to introduce a clear, internal policy about when administrators should reply to complaints.
   
2. Darkfire and Deer_Hunter must not use their administrative powers to punish [HM]Fallen and [HM]Hoody in any way for a period of two weeks, ending on Monday the 30th of May. When provoked by either of them, they are to escalate this to me or another member of Management immediately and we will retroactively apply punishment when deemed appropriate.
   
3. [HM]Fallen and [HM]Hoody are to be banned for their behaviour on Tuesday, May 17th, British time. The ban will be instated at midnight, and I will inform them beforehand. Future displays of this behaviour will result in increasingly longer bans.
   
4. Other members of the administration are strongly encouraged to watch out for this sort of behaviour, regardless whether it comes from players or administrators.
   

In addition, I recognize the concerns put forward by [HM]Hoody about administrators exercising inconsistent policies, and I will personally get involved with figuring out how we can fix this, as I agree with that.
