Hello,
I would like to report an unfair incident caused due to partiality/special consideration given to some specific players. Today, I was given temp by [BB]Robin.[HM]Fallen and his friend named Hi=] came and attacked me in front of bank near lvpd. I tried to kill Fallen first, but when he was on low hp, he ran straight into the bank and I got killed by Hi=]. Running into interiors is not allowed as we know and I jailed him for 3 minutes. But then George unjailed him straight away from IRC, when fallen complained who jailed him. We both were fetched by Robin for an enquiry, where Fallen lies that it was an accident (it wasn't, he was nowhere near the door and he ran straight to it to avoid death) and insults me in a great deal after what he did. And when I explained myself that it's not an 'accident' , I got a reply that samp isn't fair and to move on.
I would have done that, if I didn't see this inequality before. It's not the first time [HM] is rulebreaking here. I myself and many others have witnessed and reported [HM]Hoody and such for repeated interior abuse but no actions were taken against them. [HM] is notorious for their trashtalk/rulebreaking/spam and I am sure that I am not the only one who think so. If they were punished for their wrong deeds,then it's fine. But giving 2 persons special consideration which makes them immune to reports / punishment just so they won't leave server or something is ridiculous. I would play with 10 normal players compared to 12 players were 2 players are just rulebreaking trashtalkers. Everyone also knows the difference in [HM]'s attitude while 'talking to admins' and 'talking to normal players'. And if some admin punish them for rulebreaking, they become 'abusing admin' ( like Deer_Hunter). I haven't abused anything during these past days where I got temp and I make sure that I am doing the right thing. These people aren't new here not to know running into interiors isn't allowed and I did the same thing which applies to all others , jailing 2-3 mins as punishment ( I didn't kick/ban) and they get released instantly and I get insulted regardless of what happened. It's not the first time I am jailing someone for interior abuse and I haven't seen anyone interfering in it until now. Rules are for everyone and if someone break it,especially a regular, they deserve punishment,no matter who it is. And if you think they are meant to be broken without giving any punishment, then there's no point in rules and let anyone abuse or do whatever they want. Even if this was an accident, ( which I am sure it wasn't ) it's not the first time they getting special treatment regardless of what they do. I wouldn't have made this post if I thought it was fair. I just wanted to post a complaint which is visible to 'everyone' and I hope other management members will also reply. Thank you!
