Attention members of the community,

Tomorrow I will administer the staff evaluation sessions. All current LVP Administrators will be evaluated and their reports will be published for everyone to see. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me here.

I'm no longer a particularly active member, though I do have a few of important questions that I think the community deserves to have addressed with the utmost urgency. I find the main issue to be regarding the population of the server, so most of my questions will aim to generate mature discourse on this issue.

1. Are there any plans for an initiative to boost the population of the server?

2. What future plans does your advertising team have to spearhead such a population boost? Personally I'd help but I'm a tad rusty, I haven't posted LVP links on Pornhub since around the time Zezima joined the server...

3. Are new minigames yet to be introduced to the server? I think capture the flag or pin the tail on the donkey would drive numbers through the roof.

4.a) According to a recent David Attenborough documentary, current members of the LVP administration team are not only involved in illicit underground automobile gangs, or "drifting," but seem to actively encourage the behavior. How are you planning on balancing the need for active administration with an effort to combat the apparent skyrocketing number of automobile deaths?
4.b) What, if any, sort of disciplinary action is going to be applied to such members of the administration/management team?
4.c) I would like to offer my assistance in disciplining said members (you've been a naughty girl, Badeend...)

5. I've got this rash on the inside of my leg but when I scratch it it doesn't go away but sometimes bleeds what is it?

I certainly wouldn't expect anything much. Bugs are being fixed and [very] minor feature enhancements are being carried out, however the support and dedication needed to drive bigger projects (such as new races, minigames, features, etc) isn't (and likely never will be) available right now.

We have far too many "official" admins (rather than those with "Former Crew" badges) who simply don't give a crap and many of them haven't even been in-game this year, and my question is -- what are they here for? Perhaps this is something that Peru will look to address, who knows. These people are crucial in driving the future of LVP. Of course, not everyone plays actively in-game (which is fine) although I've seen little-to-no participation elsewhere from those people (i.e. IRC, crew forums).

1) As previously announced, the future of LVP is in the hands of the Staff members. Our current administrators posses the resources required by the server so that it may flourish. However, progress cannot be achieved without a proper developing team. Unfortunately, cake is the only active developer. Unless we find more developers, our focus will be to maintain the few players that still visit LVP despite its current state.

2) This accurately illustrates the community's ongoing issue. Everybody wants to see the server thrive but very few are willing to do anything about it. Nowadays the common question is, "What is everybody else planning to do to boost the server population?" And the common statement is, "I would help, but I have other priorities." This is a message for everyone: unless you are willing to contribute to the server, don't come in here asking/demanding someone else to act on it.

3) We are still working on perfecting our current ones. Developing new minigames requires more resources which we do not have.

4.a) David Attenborough has been fed false intel. Prior to my promotion, many admins were accepted through a mediocre process that required little to no qualifications. This method of recruitment will be revised and I will personally implement a process that only high-qualifying community members can successfully pass.

4.b) As mentioned before, all current admins will undergo evaluation today. Those who have not been active will receive a personal letter from me containing an abundance of frowning faces.

4.c) I hereby deny your offer.

5) Seek medical treatment.

Are you planning on actually doing anything to help LVP, Peru, or, is this whole "head admin" thing some kind of fantasy?
