This would not stop me from producing my own bank notes. I mean, if you're going to go ahead and photocopy bank notes you are an idiot, lol. If you want to counterfeit money you will get it done. Buy your own printer ex-surplus from banks, you'd probably find some on the deep web. You'd probably need a stack of the right material which is a mix of synthetic linen and cotton (which is also missing the agents that make normal paper glow slightly under UV light, which is why shops and shit use those UV lights to check for fakes). Quite easy to get hold of if you were serious about doing it.
