Eh, if it works for him. I'd feel like a fuckin idiot after that and would max out at half my warmup.
I saw a video of George Leeman (ridiculously strong 22 y/o with a 900+ dl, has the potential to break deadlift records in 5-10 years) training with him. George was down to Earth and talking real feelings and Elliot would keep going off and saying some spiritual shit you'd see on a motivational poster with cats. A lot of the time he says stuff he sounds to me like kids that have had their first LSD trip and suddenly think they know the meaning of everything.

idk I dont learn much from Elliot Hulse, he's all about nervous system, the tension and that pretty much sums it up. To me, he's trying to play with words to sound smarter but people like that don't convince me at all. It's all about the meaning and if you think a guy has higher priority because of that then you're being brain washed.

this guy spews bro-science hardcore haha. it works for him i guess, as maddo said. but uh, no I think a preworkout supplement is more than adequate for your gains.
