The latest form of tracking bugs = [Trac]

So, I've been a bit inactive, doing rl stuff. The last time I made any commits, we were tracking bugs, taking ownership, and showing completion here.

What is our new process? Look on the LVP Development board for new bugs and track them on google docs?

Can someone give me a quick breakdown?
