1. No one knows, the black figure is the only reccuring thing from what ive researched, along with not being able to move
2. I didn't see small figures, a old woman or anything, so thats pretty much proof its not the same for everyone
3. When I woke up, I was sleeping on my back too
4. Im not sure why I got it, maybe it was just my positioning along with bad luck, I've had Lucid dreams before, never intentionally and I didn't have it when that day

I'll try to tell how it happened to me. I went to bed around 4 a.m or 5 a.m can't remember correctly. I woke up around 10 a.m to say bye to my boyfriend cause he was going to school. After that I went back to sleep then I started dreaming. In the dream, I was standing behind a house in the backyard looking to a black sky full of stars and I was "trying" to see different lights (flashlights) in my dream it was suposed to be some kind of alien signs. Eventually I started seeing some flashlights and they started getting brighter and brighter and suddenly I opened my eyes with a very very bright light and after some seconds I could slightly see the wall that is located beside the bed. While seeing the wall I was hearing that horrifying continuous loud sound and I was really trying to move my body but I couldn't. I kept trying, I remember I could only move my finger a bit but I really felt tired from continuosly trying to move. After some seconds I slowly got my movements back. I checked my phone and went back to sleep. At that moment I was like "What the fuck just happened ?". It was the worst thing ever. I couldn't see any ghost or monster whatever but I was in extreme panic, feeling a mortal fear. It felt like I was being abducted lol. ugh I don't want to have this again

There are a lot of information about sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming etc. I've been studying it for a while after what happened to me. It's quite interesting.

lol hell yeah thats what its like,about the seeing anything(dont think i'm crazy) i was trying to go to sleep i closed my eyes and started thinking about mouse pets dog pets family and stuff and as i was doing this i noticed a sound and image of something looking down at me but all around in a cirlce the noise started as the image was gettin clearer but it looked to me like abunch of dogs holding me down and talking but i couldnt hear and i kinda was like wtf ok and tried to move but couldn't but sense it seemed like something was holding me down even though in the back of my mind  i'm like ok no way in hell is anyone or anything holding me down i'm thinking demons devils trying to get me but i even though was gettin weak just struggle to try an get loose and once i finally did i got up and was like whoa heart beating rapidly not knowing wats going on, looking around for signs but nothing said my prayers laid back down and got some sleep scary experience overall and yeah there was a light but it was more like i could see my room with these dogs holding me down, it was blurred though. lol oh yeah i was tryin to call for help but couldnt

why the hell would you try it? i have a feeling it's going to happen to me soon becus this whole topic has been bothering me since yesterday, hope not

I experienced lots of lucid dreams but never heard anything like that.
If I would hear anything like that I would definitely think I am being abducted by aliens.

Yup, got this quite often. Usually I halucinate some being, hovering over me and punching me. When I try to fight back, I can't, since I'm paralysed. But I eventually manage to do so and then it disappears.
