I usually dont reccomend buying any computer components at Bestbuy, but newegg doesn't sell the old Core 2 Duo's anymore so you might aswell buy it from Bestbuy. Though, you might wanna pay the little bit more to get the E5500 or E5700.

For the video card, i would suggest paying some more for something like the GT 240: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6814150475 A lot more performance for $30 more and if you ever get the mail-in rebate, it will cancel out the price dif.

You are looking for a LGA 775 Core 2 Duo as the CPU and a video card that uses the PCI-E interface and very little power. The E5x00 and the GT240 i mentioned above is exactly what you are looking

If you are willing to buy from Newegg:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Intel%26%231...&cp=1&lp=1
and
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6814150475

If you only wanna buy from Bestbuy:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Intel%26%231...&cp=1&lp=1
and
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Asus+-+NVIDI...Id=9748986

PS: The XFX video card has a much better warranty, so its more than just a $10 price difference.
