My FPS its 30-20 But in FC my Game its GOOOOOD!!


But not in fc my game block a little ( in Ship or the city )

Turn off your Frame Limiter.

System specs? If your system is old and crappy it will lag, you could put the resolution lower or get some tools (image shrinker or smth like that) and make your game look shit but it shouldn't lag.

Or upgrade.
