GTA SA on Windows 7

Did you uninstall the old drivers completly? Takes a bit more than just running the uninstall tool, you have to dig through the windows registry to completly remove your old ATI driver install before installing the new.

Google for it, theres a couple of applications out there that will do the job.. but I honestly don't think its a problem with your video card drivers, i'd but money on it being something else.  The desktop resoltion you mentioned in your first posts could be it... a VERY strange resolution to be running, so strange that I never heard of it and any of my computers don't even have an option for it...so it could just be a problem with incompatable resolutuions?

CCleaner might work.
If not, it's still a good software.

No, I thought that when you uninstall the whole video driver that you can't see anything anymore on your screen?

Do you mean with the desktop resolution the resolution in Windows?
That's 1600x900, so a normal resolution. :P
