.. and the other bum at 0:58 look like Nico Bellic, just a little fatter and on drugs?

It would suck if SF and LV were completely left out. I mean, this is meant to be the same universe as the other games, so we all know that SF and LV are part of San Andreas... without them would be pretty strange.

Not that you could fly them, but seeing them here doesn't mean you can either.

And I didn't even notice the dog! Should probably watch it several times to really see everything.

Ah, another thing that might hint to the implementation of SF and LV is the fighter jet you see. They were only stationed in the desert next to area 51 (nevada?), right?
