DO NOT use the .exe file to install, there is a major risk of it breaking everything.

are you retarded? i posted 2 (100% SAFE) and WORKING links here

1) Download snow mod: http://www.gtavision.com/index.php?secti...&DLID=2731
2) Download and install GAMI: http://www.filefront.com/9932985/GAMI-In...ish-1.8.2/
3) After you installed GAMI run the installation of the snow mod, there you can easily uncheck all those mods YOU DONT WANT in the game (car mods/skins/handling etc..)
4) Click "Install"

any idiot can do it
