I'm guessing around 00:14:75 or so, though you can clearly see he's even and sprints the moment the ball is kicked.
Most of the Spanish challenges were on time, whereas there were plenty of dutch ones that were at least a second late and far more physical than they needed to be. From what I heard during the Australian commentary, one of the refs was almost known for not giving out red cards, and Holland got off lucky to have 11 people (and not 9) by the end of the first half.
If Holland had 2 "sure thing" chances, Spain had 3, plus 75% of "possible" goal scoring opportunities in the match as a whole, especially the first half.

Hahah all the excuses.
Two Dutch guys could very well have got red cards in the first half (my god their play there was disgraceful), and as for the "should've scored 2 goals," too fuckin bad, they didn't. Spain also had a striker vs goalie opportunity, and "should've" made the header, so the score "should've" been 3-2, still to Spain.
Spain has played a far more interesting game and deserved to win.
