I think the last 2 league games have shown that spurs can't be considered serious contenders. Dominating against Brum but not finishing them off and just not having the final ball today to get the decisive second. It seems we can only turn it on when we're behind. On the plus side we haven't played particularly well against the chavs, scousers and the scum and yet we're unbeaten in them three - an attribute usually praised in a title challenging team.

On today's game when Lampard and Drogba (especially) came on Chelsea were pretty much back to full strength and it was a powerful second half performance from them, we're still missing VDV, Huddlestone and your pick of any 4 CB's to make our first XI.

I think any of the 4 above us could win it and if we don't start getting a few clean sheets I wouldn't be surprised to see them all pull away.

I would take 50m + benzema or ibrahimovic any day for rooney. We need to play chicharito more often because berbatov and rooney are not pure goal scorers. Berbatov likes creating goals and playing intelligently more than scoring. Chicharito has one thing on his mind and thats get into the right position and score the goals.

Arshavin 2 footed someone. He got the ball just about but he was actually surprised when he got booked. You don't just dive in 2 footed and studs showing.

Wilshere should have been booked when evra skinned him and he just clattered in to him then tried to act innocent. Don't get me wrong he's a great player, but he's a kid and he doesn't have the experience to tackle someone of Evra's quality.
