Tottenham 2 - 1 Liverpool

Liverpool were unfortunate to not get a point from this game. Spurs missed a penalty, Liverpool got denied a penalty. Carragher went off injured too.

Spurs got a late goal and scraped a win, another 2-1 win, at their home ground. If Hodgson made a sub earlier, perhaps put Babel on or something, we could have got something from this game.

Liverpool played good away from home for a nice change. defo deserved that win. Missed 3 sitters - Torres missed two and Maxi Rodriguez missed one.
First away game that I haven't been to this season. Never normally miss spurs away, ah well least I've saved a few quid.

To say you deserved to win is a bit ridiculous really, yes you were much better than us in the first half but playing well for 45 minutes doesn't merit anything but something to build on. Barring Torres' miss at the very start of the first half we pretty much dominated the second half and Hodgson's negative substitution when the game was at 1-1 summed it up.

It was a pretty good game but why oh why was Defoe allowed to take the pen, I said he would miss before I even knew who would take it. All  the attention on Bale is giving :ennon a lot of space to exploit and someone of Konchesky's ability ultimatley couldn't handle that.

Anyway a great week for us beating two of the "Sky 4" from losing positons and easing into the CL knockout rounds at our first attempt.

What substitution might that be? Presuming you're referring to Ngog -> Aurerlio, Ngog was taken off because he had a problem with his calf. lol.

Hodgson sucks balls when it comes to substitutes, but this time his substitution was only have stupid.

N'Gog took a knock and had to come off, however I think he should of put someone like Babel on, instead of a defender.

And why won't he put Glen Johnson on the wing?! He's shit in defense and everyone knows it, but on the wing and going forward he's good. If he gets put on the wing and someone else (Martin Kelly) goes at RB that puts the defensive pressure off Johnson and he's further forward allowing him to produce more.
