If LVP is on IV:MP, does that mean IV:MP has a dedicated server?

Of course. For several weeks already. But it is not in the serverlist yet, until we have a larger, playable, server base. At this moment it is under heavy development. It's more like our current public testserver than the real IV:MP server. So there is no guarantee that the gamemode works, that could change per minute.
