Okay so apparently you took what Dynamo said as flame bait. He pointed out after you called someone a "randomer" that you weren't really around that long, or "oldschool". You took that extremely offensive for some reason and went off on him. Dynamo managed to not use any vulgar words in his arguments with you while as you can see above you were flaming. None of this was appropriate to say, not to mention you're like this near every day. I decided to draw the line after you said:

Seems it is split into two half's, the new people and the "old school" people that have some sort of need to have respect handed to them, despite the fact they have done nothing to earn it from the "new people". In any sense, it actually is quite wrong. Most of the crew respects everyone in the same exact way, favoring absolutely no-one. You probably see some well-known regulars getting "respect," but in reality it's probably because most "old school" players are just well-liked and are eFriends with everyone. Really, players are not ranked above one another here—all of them are treated exactly the same. If you find that a crew member is favoring someone, how about you just talk to them about it? I mean, especially considering you're talking about HaZe—one of the most unbiased and approachable crew members on our team. If you have a problem, just talk with him instead of making ill-founded accusations in your appeal. It just looks like you're whining about the ban when you do that. I know that's not what you're trying to accomplish here, but that's exactly how it looks.
