Okay, so this how the story goes:
I was ingame, just driving about as usual and I see in chat that some random called 'Jhon' has the truck with trailer (delivery minigame). So, I /ctp to him to try and steal it from him. He starts shooting me with a rocket launcher but I manage to kill him with sawn/uzi ( ). As i'm fighting him, I saw that behind his truck were 2 admins in another car.

Felle then jails me for ruining the cruise.
1. I didn't get any warning, nor did I know it was a cruise.
2. Since when the fuck was 3 people a 'cruise'.
3. He had truck+trailer = delivery minigame. Your suppose to attack/attempt to steal it.

So I get let out of jail, and me and Iownyou (Firmtho) decide to work together to try and steal it. We land their in a dodo, and Iownyou jacks his truck and trailer but it falls down mt.chilliad, killing Weeyin[HC4L] in the process. I then run up Mt.Chilliad to see Jhon (who is now temp-mod, lolwut) and Felle there with another truck+trailer. I see some other dude flying heli so I shoot that. Then Jhon tells me to stop it. After that, I manage to jack Felles truck and drive off with the trailer, with which I get jailed twice in a row.  oll:

Someone taking part of our cruise, who was behind, was going to carteleport back to Jhon - but Jhon asked him not to since that would make him loose his trailer (SA-MP bug, teleporting with trailers is overall a failure). The next thing that happens is that someone else (this time being you) carteleports to Jhon on a BMX, and you try to kill him (which you also managed to do). I thought that your intention with TP'ing was too fuck things up for Jhon and our cruise.

Now apparently, our cruise does not match your definition of one. A reason to that could perhaps be as I mentioned above, one of us was behind and not there at the very moment, resulting in the cruise looking even smaller than it actually was. And yeah, I guess I wasn't too happy seeing someone TP'ing to kill us when we were on our way again after we'd had numerous failed attempts to climb Mount Chilliad.

The delivery minigame can, for your information, be done using any truck + trailer (there are at least 4 of each ingame, by the way). I am sorry, but I've never actually received the information saying that we are "supposed to" attack and attempt to steal the delivery truck. Neither were we actually doing the delivery minigame at that moment.

So I jailed you for two minutes, for ruining our cruise. I told you why you got jailed (nothing says that we actually have to give out warnings before jailing people; you can read /rules). When arguing with Jhon, you even said that your punishment was "just two minutes"..

So we were further on the way, this time a bit up on Mount Chilliad. In a sharp turn, I parked my truck to take care of a report, and when I came back you were there again in company of some other guy and you managed to jack my truck while I was reversing it up a hill.

Here, I am a bit confused. Didn't I just jail you and tell you not to ruin our cruise? Well, obviously, you didn't take my decision or reason seriously (by doing the same thing again) - and therefore, I jailed you again. That you got jailed twice is bullshit, I typed wrong the first time resulting in 0 minutes of jailtime (which is either no jail or infinite, I wouldn't know) and then typed the command again, this time with two minutes of time selected.

It wasn't. It was to steal the truck and trailer, I merely had to kill Jhon because he was shooting me with a fucking rocket launcher. Why the hell did he have weapons like that in the first place if it was a 'cruise'?

The trucks and the trailers are pretty hard to find, the cash you get from the minigame is quite alot. And its a fun mission to do, which is why (usually) when you have a truck/trailer, people attempt to steal it from you. (Which, you admins did to a bunch of BA when we had the truck, lol)

Okay, I guess I misunderstood your intention then. As for the rocket launcher, I can't answer for that as it was given out by someone else.

Well, there were just a few of us (that's because there aren't enough trucks to have a typical big cruise of 10-15 people). Whether you define that a cruise or not is admittedly discussable, but in this case I am the crewmember and you are the player - I considered it a cruise and acted accordingly.

Actually, they usually aren't that hard to find - there are three of each parked near that chapel in south LV and one of each parked near "Lil Probe Inn" (the UFO-hotel in Fort Carson). There are also numerous other trucks spread out around LV.

I guess we had at least three of those, but I did not really get that your intention was to do the delivery minigame. And I hope you do realize that this is a complaint about me, I can't take responsibility of what other admins have done to you - take that up with them or something.

For the record, I've done the delivery minigame at least 15 times, but I've never experienced people chasing me to steal the truck (there isn't even a message in the mainchat about someone starting the minigame..)

This time, your defintion of a cruise does not matter - you should follow directions from crew members, not ignore them and do the exact same thing again just to be a bother.

Oh, I think you misunderstood me (or I misunderstood you in the startpost). I did indeed jail you twice in total (once for each time you ruined our cruise). I thought you meant in your startpost that I jailed you twice after the second time when you jacked my car (i.e in total 3 jails).
