Maybe:

"(Kill 5+ gang members by yourself (one created with '/gang create' of course))"

"(Maybe ranks - 1000 kills = Insane, 5000 kills = Hardcore, 10000 kills = 1337, etc.)"

Could be added to /my stats:
format(statstr,sizeof(statstr),"%s is ranked as a %s DMer.",playername, rank);

Would be nice.

I think there should be a command for seeing what achievements you have made, maybe you could include it in /my stats?

Yes, it's in. with /my achievements you can see how many you have completed.

A year or so ago I stayed ingame for about 14 hours... Lots of fun!
