could you reproduce the bug? Yes. it happened all the time too.

Did you try to reconnect? No.

ye i think the whole regular chat is broken in someway.
You can chat in it from IRC. but you can't chat in it from ingame. but you're still able to read it if someone from IRC types anything there.
