What is up with some players that have wierd sync?

By wierd sync I mean players that seem to stutter on the screen when they move and whose hitbox only seems to actually be there sometimes.

And is there anyway to counter that? Why does it happen? Is it fluctuating ping or somehting? Wireless connection issues?

It always happens with people who seem to stutter when they move..

It's frustrating 'cos they are a lot harder to hit than other equally skilled players, and them being hittable is infrequent and random, but their own ability doesn't seem to be affected... Is there anyway to counter it?

They stutter a lot when they move, like their skin shakes back and forth as it moves, and their hitbox is only hittable randomly and not frequently.

As far as I can tell, several factors can affect the synchronization of a player. The player can have a high ping which will at times cause him/her to jump around the screen. Combine this with a possibility that their Internet Connection is wireless; which further adds lags.

It's not just one specific thing that causes lag. There are many factors that just add up and result in a horrible lag to some players.

I'd say FPS lag.

Didn't notice it, I've always been shooting right at the body and experienced no lag whatsoever.

Warping is usually due to FPS lag, and really wierd hitbox is due to ping lag.

By warping I mean when the character is moving around places when it runs or move, you can see it with cars too when it comes back and hits you right in the face when one second its infront of you and another second it comes into ur car and you crash.

He is, but his lag out-lag his opponements so he never really notices.
