In a thread directly related to GTA IV, you told a couple of people talking about IV to get "on topic," then proceeded to mention that you don't have IV so you wouldn't be posting any pics.
It took you 5 seconds to turn into a complete hypocrite compared to the 5 days of your average LVP player.

IV multiplayer is a joke. I was playing it before for the first time, I done the tutorial about it first which lasted for about 20 minutes, without me being able to exit it, then after the tutorial played a MP game, Car jack city or something, played for 2 minutes and quit.

GTA IV is the worst Grand Theft Auto they have ever made. I'd rather play GTA: Advance. The missions in singleplayer are mostly the same, just shoot-outs. In other GTAs, there would be racing / driving missions, stealth, and even stuff like shooting from a helicopter. I'm not sure if stuff like that is in the final parts of IV, but I've played most of the missions (stuck on the one where you have to go into the old hospital and get those drugs for elizabeth) and so far it has been about the same stuff. And some of the features make me laugh to, watching TV and going on the internet. Yea, cos I often in my spare time like to go play GTA IV and sit there watching ads on the TV

Previous GTAs give you a more laughable experience to. Most GTAs include advertisements and songs and stuff on the radio containing stupid stuff that was funny, or billboards scattered around and other stuff that would just genereally make me laugh. IV contains no funny stuff.

I think rockstar wanted to concentrate on the graphics more in IV instead of the gameplay. IV is there biggest flop imo, and the only reason they have sold so many copies is because of rockstars reputation. I know, because if it wasn't for that reputation I wouldn't have bought it. A lot of people told me it was shit, I have no idea why I didn't listen to them and not buy it.

I bet the next GTA they make for the PS3/Xbox/PC doesn't sell as many copies.

I think that Single Player sucks, finished it in 3 days with GiLLi..
Multiplayer owns imo, syncs are good, ur possible to create ur own character (more clothing then the console version), shooting is fun aswell, so is the video editor option..

And yeah its misses alot of stuff too, like a proper freeroam mode and not being able to join a Multiplayer game without having to start Singleplayer first. But if you forget those things and just play DM or TDM you aint got anything to complain..  It's much better then SA-MP.. No lead aim or shooting ppl with 300 bullets before they die..

Yeah Jay I've found IV to be very taste-oriented.
While sa-mp is more community-based, IV is certainly better for fighting- but calling IV-multiplayer poor is silly if you have only played "Car Jack City."
If you find a couple of fun people to roll with, deathmatch, teamdeathmatch, Team Mafiya Work and other gamemodes can be awesome fun.

1800 of which don't really have any mode, just a bunch of items plus a spawn-at-baseball field.
IV doesn't have the same feeling or charm as a number of the previous GTA games, but calling it a "shit" game is incredibly narrow minded.
I'm sure if 99% of the people who played IV downloaded sa-mp they'd quit after learning that you have to lead aim an inch to hit people.


Anyway, I'm sure there'll be an unofficial (vc-mp, sa-mp style) mod for IV (thanks to people like you ), with plenty more gamemodes *and* the community aspect. Even if some leadaim is required I'm sure that'd be awesome.
And until GTA IV gets a decent anti-cheat system and a decent number of people playing ranked games, I won't be able to compare it to some of my best times on sa-mp (although I reckon the trick isn't to compare, simply to apprectiate both. It's been years since I've been playing more than one game- so I certainly have positive feelings for both sa-mp and IV).

SA-MP owns IV MP in many ways, but IV MP owns SA-MP when it comes to fighting. Aim at them and their dead, plus with a good enough computer, you can play the multiplayer with peds and police which can be fun for a while. If SA-MP had even a couple peds it'd lag like hell.

GTA SA and other GTA's own IV in many ways, but IV also owns the other GTA titles in other ways, such as graphics, flying out of the widescreen when crashing nice enough and the phone but (tho that can suck).

The worst thing about IV is the Games for Windows, I hate Microsoft and them getting involved in the developement ruins it enough, but now having to log in to save...when I'm not logged in my game runs much smoother than when I am. But to save I must log in.
