You could always wait for the price to drop, or search around for a great deal. Its an expensive hobby, but theres always a chance to find a great deal (newegg, ebay, and etc., etc.,) but yea your right, if everyone did have the cash it'd be a lot easier to have beastly machine.

They are both just as good. Just go for the best bang for your buck. I honestly would not wanna lose performance cuz of being an Nvidia fanboy.
