Not sure, they don't have any 9800GTX benchmarks with CoD5. What are the rest of your specs btw?

Get a 4850, it's comparable in power to the 9800x but cheaper.

The 9800GTX+ is way faster then a HD 3650.

Precisely, thats the low-down.
Honestly I wouldn't bother with a 3650 at all, it's practically outdated already and is hundreds cheaper than the 9800gtx.
You may be able to pick up a 4870 for cheaper than the 9800 gtx (not only is the future looking better for ATIs, but they are cheaper too)- and if you can you may as well. Compare prices between one with 1gig memory and the 512mb one, if the 1gig variety is only slightly more expensive ($30 or so) then you should go for that.

If this is for a summer build then don't worry about the parts now. They will all be different then.

I might agree with Colin. Right now my PC is similar to what Strika is planning to buy: Intel C2Q 6600 @ 2.4 GB and 4GB of RAM. Now: I have the ATI 4870 512MB, and with it I've experienced lots of annoying "bugs" or problems related to 3D games, (including GTA A ofc), that I had never (nor have) experienced with my old PC, which has a NVidia 5200... The 4870 is too cheap for its performance, but IN MY OPINION, as Colin said, if you want less stress and problems better buy a NVidia videocard. Although my problem maybe the MotherBoard (Intel DG31PR which is a shitty MoBo compared with the rest of the system), but I'll try changing it before the VCard. GL with your election.
btw look at u
