My PC:
XPS 720
Intel Quad Core
2x Nvidea 9800GTXs (updating to 9800GTX+ in a few weeks)
8GB RAM

Running on Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit

With GTA IV settings at max i get around 50fps. But with my favourite settings around 60-70fps. But I have modded the game slightly so it runs smoother with better GFX.

That's the same gfx card I want to buy. I heard they are good, but cost as hell. Also 8GB? You beast! :+

Ram is cheap. In germany  4GB DDR2-1066MHz ram costs 24,90€

so 50€ for 8GB highend ram, like 40€ for normal ddr2-800 ram

PS: Dont buy a 9800GTX. Buy a 9800GTX+ or a GTX 260.

9800GTX is too expensive imo, because its getting "old". It got replaced by the 9800GTX+ which is 10€ cheaper and like 15% faster.
