Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer.

Obviously, because it needs good graphics, its a large file. Think of all the textures and shapes to make the game so good.

This test isn't always correct, it just checks your video / sound cards etc. It doesn't watch your processes, which makes a lot of difference ;)

I don't even think this old Mac will run this damn game. By the sounds of things though, it seems the PC version is more hassle than it's worth with the FPS issues and that damn DRM. DRM has already been proven to be bollocks, and now this? Woah. Perhaps an investment in a console of some sort might be more worthwile for the long term if you'd like some console games. Or you could even benefit from the 360's DLC promised for IV, but perhaps a better solution is to just fix your comp up..  8)7
