On LVP up over time, it's [BA], no doubt. However, Top clan is [NB], just like HaZe said.

I'd call NB top (as hard as it is for me to do so) because they are so damn good *on average*.
They'd be the best walk weapons clan, and possibly the best 2shot, but I wouldn't say the best 4shot clan.
Even still, they are still good at 4shot and still average out to being top.
