You were banned because you flamed me in a PM to chevy. All your other assumptions are completely false. You actually did have a ping of 800, and you got kicked for it. Las Venturas Playground has a ping limit of 600, and you were well over it. After you came back, you PM'ed chevy a few times with insults to me.
