Earlyer game Graphics

Vote which game you think has the best graphics out of the earlyer games (I.E not IV). By this I dont mean realisticness of it (like in GTA IV you can do more than 1 mission at the same time) I mean the look/layout. The shape and size. Example, for main characters:

Vice city vs gta3

I personally think GTA3 is the better of the 2.

I will start with GTA3. 'coz Gta 1, 2 and london... no comments needed . I want to start with the 3d games.

Hes right.  Although they all run on the same game engine (or, so I heard..)

I'm pretty sure GTA3, VC, and SA use the same texture resolution (64x12 for all the characters.
Although, SA might use better post-processing.

GTA3/VC/SAS all use the same engine i think

They're built upon each other, they all have parts from the previous version
