Question about Drive-Bys

This is about drivebys not heli kills, still though,  .

The only possible way I could think of on completely stopping this driveby 'abuse', would be to reset the players uzi when entering a vehicle as driver, and giving it back when they exit. I think thats out of the question though, I mean drivebying isn't really a rule, just an unfair way of killing someone. If we did do this though, it would probably turn out as a disadvantage and ruin it for people who enjoy drivebying. If anyone else might have another idea on how we can prevent it, feel free. So far though, I don't think that will end up being implemented, temp resetting the uzi just... sucks.  Unless someone can provide a good argument for it

5 min jail would be perfect for drive-bys. 5 minutes are a long time . And if someone does /kill or reconnects while in jail, the jailtime should be added by 3 minutes.

Or, (a nice idea too), steal a certain percentage of his bank. maybe 5%. If someone has 100 million on his bank, helikills someone, and then has only 95mill,  maybe he thinks of fair ways to kill

yes indeed 5mins jailtime is great,but..wat about if someone accidentally driveby someone and that someone is angry with you then he type /kill for the command punishment ,the poor guy goes to lovelyisland for 5 mins..the best idea so far is decreasing the money of people doing db...

if someone gets db'd a little or they get shot at when someone is on a bike, and types /kill, the person is blamed for drive by. so 5minutes of jail for someone who doesnt deserve it is wrong

I was trying to make a point on how to stop the abusive way of drivebying, do it a little, jump off the bike, and shoot. The jail sentence is no way getting increased to five minutes, that's to harsh.

Disabling uzi/tec is indeed out of the question, anyone other then the driver should be able to driveby.
Also DB'ing cars is ok.

well , EvilGate was right about i DO kick! well yes it annoys me too much if someone db , and ur just knowing they will get punished so you wait till u die but at the health 4% they stop and get off and shot you! erm NOT fair! especially if you do it at the Wrong person , btw Drive-by sucks and always will be sucks! but due to people crying being kicked for a db. so i started with new punishment whenever i see sucha cases , i do simply /jail ID 5-8 there 5 to 8 mins to re-think about what they've done , and to ask why they got jailed for! , and to get warned that by the next time they does it , they can be kicked! or jailtime increases! .

drive-bying a cars thats all Fine with me , but Drive-bying a players on feet and gettin off the bike starting to be a man when he just has 4% health left , I think that so sad and pathatic and they should quit being this way and start fight or else run like runners i mean innocent runners either , not being hero fighting and when you're almost done you do run , that so pathatic and sad too ..

What do you mean? They spawn, get in a car, and get their weapons? Then you won't have it, you'll see nothing but a fist, until you go out / back in.
