Today I was kicked for ramp abuse during a cruise. Fair enough, I learned my lesson.
So I return, land near the cruise in my jet. And get on some dudes bike, as were driving. He uses the ramp, and I go 'blalbla ramp abuse' (blalbla being his name). He then crashes, and Ooshie is directly behind us. He then jails me for ramp abuse, and even when I tell him I didn't do it, he replies sarcastically with 'sure you didn't'
So, after coming out of jail, I actually bought the ramping feature. Proof that I couldn't I have used the ramp, because I didn't even buy it.

Hi,

ooshie may have wrongly seen it, but, as you got kicked for it shortly before and he saw a ramp coming from close to your vehicle, it was most likely to be you. And as you just did it before, it was probably you. I didn't see the whole thing happening(I was leading the cruise) so I can't say. I also warned you multiple times before.

Anyway, I think it's just a misunderstanding, ooshie saw a ramp from your area. You got blamed to quick.

I'd like to note that a screenshot of you turning /ramping on doesn't prove anything -- you appear to be in the middle of nowhere well after the incident, anything could've happened. I'm not saying you're lying, just that the screenshot isn't much evidence.

As estroe said, you were warned numerous times about ramping AND ramming other cars by me and estroe. I received quite a few complaints about it from other players aswell, so I decided to drive behind you. I know for a fact that the ramp came from your vehicle. Now, maybe it was the other player in your vehicle. Unfortunatly for you, you were driving, and had numerous complaints against you already. If that was the case, maybe next time you should think about having a person in the vehicle that likes to break the rules.

Actually, I was not the one driving. I got in his vehicle.
I took that screenshot after coming directly out of jail.
And, if I was going to use a Ramp to try and ruin the cruise, why would I just use a ramp in the middle of nowhere with no cars?
