My today, 99kg (idk doing cardio, eating kinda healthy, fucking weight keeps growing, must be because of Redweiler pre workout + amino acids???). Need pro tips on losing my fatness but keeping my muscle...? I know i know, drop the carbs ye? then i feel fucking lazy and dont even want to train and training becomes pain because no energy.
