New layer, marquee tool
Fill with white
Lower opacity


Shall I post a signature tutorial for ya guys made by me?

Not close to how I did it. I made the back layer back, took a slight bit of time with the blurred brush to make those lines, had a little fun with the motion blur, then selected the shape tool, chose the heart because it looked best in this situation, stretched it acrossed, turned it to the side (Heart color being black) selected the outline of the heart, then used the white faded gradient tool to add a nice fade to the top, also the top left corner as you can see.

(Not going into high details but it was pretty simple)
