Request/Show off a Signature or Avatar

Wasn't sure who to ask or where to post this so thought I'd ask here, I don't have photoshop and I have no idea how to use it, but obviously some of you can use it pretty well, so I was hoping someone could make me a snazzy avatar using this picture:


Remove the writing in the middle and bottom and put Colin_Mochrie along the bottom, add some special effects if possible and make it a size acceptable for this forum please.

I posted this in another thread but Maddolis directed me here.
If you have any better ideas that mine, please post them.
