people who ask about the moving sigs, its not Flash, it's Adobe Imageready. Quick and easy, save a pic in Photoshop as a bmp, then another one slightly different, then another one slightly different,,, etc etc, then open imageready, open all of the bmp's and use to move tool, drag the pic from bmp2 to bmp1, then bmp3 to bmp1, then bmp4 etc etc... then on the animation window (view > Animation) click the blue arrow and select Make Frames From Layers, then save as a .GIF and there you are
