it's basically just the soreness of your tibia. the impact of your feet hitting the ground causes it to be sore. there's a few things you can do to prevent or treat it. It could possibly be the shoes you're wearing. Also, try not to eat too much before you run, eat something light like a banana. Another thing you can do is maybe instead of doing long, low intensity jogs... do short, high intensity intervals of sprinting and walking. Less time on your feet = less stress. Honestly if you can, stick to using cardio equipment, or run on a real track. Cement is just brutal to your shins. As for now, try taping up your shins and icing them.
