Anyone pro jogger? And can give some good advices? Im 95kg , about 17 percent bodyfat.

Is it a myth that wearing a bigger sweater, makes you sweat more and lose more fat?

Jogging in the forest up the hills, down the hills is it good?

the next day my shinbone hurths from jogging wtf is that?

I think you are too fat maybe 70kg would be more suitable

I don't know about a bigger sweater sounds like bull to me but wearing a bin bag is meant to help create more sweat _O-

I've gone from 70kg to 84-85kg in around a year of a very undisciplined gym and diet routine (stopped completely last june to around september) - gonna have to start jogging soon to tone up a bit, jogging is gonna suckĀ  :(

Losing weight for me isn't a problem, gaining is - 1 five minute mile and its all good, my advice Zezi (though not professional advice or anything like that ofcourse) is just to run a certain length and every few days or week try to beat the time, you won't even notice the calories being burned after a while and you'll gain some good stamina

The shins hurting are just those muscles being sore when you're not used to using them that way.
Happens to me the day after I go for even a five minute jog.

That's called working on your cardio unedicated man, there are easier ways to burn fat without pushing yourself too hard, but MORE TO COME
